The Irinox EasyFresh can blast chill and shock freeze your products, even straight out of the oven ¿ preserving fragrance, consistency, colours and nutritional properties. Innovative cold management technology with 4 cycles dedicated to blast chilling (DELICATE 3° / STRONG 3°) and shock freezing (DELICATE -18° / STRONG -18°). Patented Multirack® system allows operator to double the number trays loaded in each model and whilst distance between trays is adjustable every 10mm to maximize the use of space and airflow.
