The Hoshizaki Premier KPS-72-SG blast chiller is designed to speed up production whilst locking in flavour, texture and food safety. Capable of chilling up to 72kg or freezing 40kg in a single cycle, the unit accepts ten double-size 2/1GN or 600×400 mm trays – ideal for batch cooking, banqueting and high-volume mise-en-place. Full HACCP compliance, a single-point core temperature probe and an automatic alarm safeguard every load, allowing you to meet strict regulations with total confidence.

Operation is effortless. A 7″ colour touchscreen with IFR control offers pre-set favourites plus programmable cycles for bespoke menus – dedicated thawing, proving and retarder-prove modes add genuine versatility. The intuitive interface cuts training time and ensures consistent, repeatable results across every shift.

Built in durable stainless steel, the Hoshizaki Premier KPS-72-SG stands up to intensive daily use and cleans down quickly at close. Climate Class 5 refrigeration maintains peak performance in ambient temperatures up to 40°C, and height-adjustable legs (105-150mm) make alignment with existing cooklines simple. Pair the unit with standard GN trays (sold separately) and maximise workflow without compromise.
