Description
KPS 60 SH high capacity blast chillers are designed to chill 60 kg of cooked food from 70°C to 3°C in 90 minutes. Itcan be used as a stand alone solution or incorporated withing a cook chill system to introduce savings through portion control and more efficient use of ingredients, whilst maintaining a uniform quality standard.
Note 1: Remote version supplied without condensing unit – for a complete installation, the installer will need to specify suitable pipe work running to remote condensing unit.
Note 2: It is necessary to connect this unit to an external drain.
