ODK purées are a favourite for many top-level bartenders all over the world. ODK was born in Turin in 1994 and quickly developed a product that is second to none. The purées consist of only three ingredients that are fresh fruit, water and sugar. The unique pasteurisation process means that the purée will last for one year on a shelf and for three months once opened.  The squeeze bottles make it easy to dispense purée and the special cap has a valve that prevents air entering the bottle and extends shelf life.
Description
Consistent cocktails made easy. ODK use only three ingredients to make their Passion fruit purée: real fresh Passion fruit, sugar and water. The blend of ingredients results in a fruity purée with a delicate balance of tart and sweet flavours. The squeeze bottles are fitted with a pourer that does not allow air to enter the bottle, doesn’t drip and will pour a consistent and accurate amount of purée. The bottle will last for one year unopened and for three months once opened.
