Stock and store sauces, gravy, chilli and other foods in a Silverlink 600 Bain Marie from Lincat, coming with four gastronorm compatible containers as standard to hold and heat your products. General heat and temperature settings are controlled through a control knob on the device, whilst a front mounted drainage tap eliminates the hassle of manually empting each water bath after use. Thanks to this machine’s capacity as a wet heat model, you can be assured no liquid based foods or dressings will dry out during heating.
