The gastronorm compatible Cossiga Linear Series drop-in bain marie is a great addition to any foodservice line. Perfect for keeping pre-cooked food hot and ready to serve, the bain marie is highly reliable and easy to use, whether it’s in a self service or assisted service area.
Control is via a simple thermostat, allowing you to keep foods such as baked beans, chili, gravy or hot desserts at the perfect temperature without burning. The bain marie can also be used in wet or dry configurations – the choice is yours. And with space for full-size gastronorm pans, you can provide your guests with plenty of choice.
The Cossiga includes an overhead gantry with halogen lighting – food is expertly presented for maximum appeal. The gantry also includes a flat top sneeze screen, helping to improve overall food hygiene.
