With its welded full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm capacity well and user-friendly dial temperature control, the Buffalo bain marie makes it effortless to hot hold large quantities liquid foods such as beans, gravy, mushy pea and soups.

Full stainless steel construction ensures the bain marie is both durable and simple to clean. And thanks to the built-in front-mounted tap, it’s fast and easy to drain used water too.

Part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this bain marie is designed to suite with other 600 Series appliances, giving you a tidy, seamless cook line whatever the size of your kitchen. This bain marie can either be used as a countertop appliance or positioned on top of 400mm wide 600 Series cupboards (sold separately).
